TARDINESS TO SCHOOL OR CLASS:

Students arriving after the 8:30 a.m. bell or who are not in their seat when class is ready to begin are considered tardy.

Procedure: Students who are tardy to school must report to the ATTENDENCE OFFICE for a tardy slip.

Other tardies during the day will be recorded by the classroom teacher.

Students must report directly to class when tardy between classes.

Students may be given an unsatisfactory citizenship grade by their teacher(s) if they receive five (5) or more tardies during a trimester.

Excessive tardiness may result in referral to the Stanislaus County School Attendance Review Board (S.A.R.B.).
